MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!

its so fast how time flies. just a while ago we were celebrating the end of school, and here we are back at the prospect of inviting it back. isnt one i really look forward to=/ hahah

anyway christmas was pretty uneventful for me): not even a family dinner! thats pretty sad. hahaha urgh i think im feeling the hangover effect now

cambodia was funner than i expected it to be! aha but it was super duper run down. no shopping centres at all and i think the highest building there is 4 storeys. hahaha but overall minus the temple visits its quite fun(: many small cute boys running round naked. haha the children are so cute. they get happy when we just wave at them. haha so easily satisfied. day one there was kinda boringg. temples and all. day 2 was more eventful. had to get up at 4am to go to angkor wat to see the sunrise behind the temple. i swear the stars there are so nice! haha the morning ones. sister and i were trying to find the dipper and all the star consellations. hahaha we saw venus aka morning star. haha sunrise was not badd but it took such a long time to come out.

that day was boring day. whole day was spent at various temples. day 3 was pretty much the same, though we ended the day earlier to go shopping and all. night market and day market sells exact same things at every single darned shop. no variety at all. but its dirt cheap! 1us dollar to buy one shirt. but the bad thing is that when you bargain, you keep going going going, til you go to '2 for 2 dollars la'. then shopkeeper says no. then you go 'okay 3 for 3 dollar' then she say okay. and thats how you end up with many many useless shirts. hha day 4 was funfunfun! went dirt bike riding in the morning. that is definately a must must must do! haha like speeding round at 90km/h haha well not really speeding, but sometimes. on the way gave sweets to all the little children. at the coutryside, one dollar got me a whole plastic bag full of sweets. hahaha what a cheap country. biked to a school cum orphanage. its so funny how they teach, and the funniest thing is that their english teacher cant converse well with us in english. hahaha hilarious. 2 hours of biking then went home to checkout. went for more shopping and then off to the airport to fly home(:
